My name is Stacy and I've been focused on reducing my risk of chronic disease for as long as I can remember. The event that really kicked me into high gear was my Dad's death from cardiac disease when he was just 56. I decided I didn't want to meet the same fate.

I started running and paying attention to what I ate that year. At first I couldn't run very far, but I stuck with it, and it changed the trajectory of my health and life. Over the years, I met a community of people who shared the mindsets, habits and strategies they used to sustain peak performance not only in their sports but also in their personal and professional lives.

Along the way, I tried a lot of different diets and training regimens, some helped me meet and beat milestones, and some made me miserable and set me back. But, after years of research, I knew this was a lifestyle that could keep me healthy and living the high energy, productive life I had imagined.

I'm stronger, leaner, and my health markers are better now than when I was younger. I know how to eat for energy, balance, and craving control, how to overcome fear, anxiety and discomfort to reach a state of calm-focus, and how to operationalize habits to keep me performing at my best.

And guess what the #1 thing I've learned throughout this entire journey is...?  👉  Most people don’t try to change their diet for the long-term because they believe it’s too hard, too late, or too expensive. The truth is, small steps matter, health pays for itself, and your future is built by the choices you make today... Once you start to use diet as a lever to sustain your energy, resilience, and longevity, the sky is the limit as far as what you can achieve. AND THAT RIGHT THERE is what inspired me to create a flexible framework for helping those who are committed to getting healthier build the environments, routines, and identities that make eating well the easy, automatic choice no matter where you're starting.
